Jamesha did not arrive at this work by studying clarity from a distance. She built systems to make complex thinking, competing priorities, memory, focus, and follow through more visible in her own work.
Her lived understanding of executive function and neurodivergence informs the design. It does not narrow the audience. It strengthens the system for people working inside high demand, high complexity conditions.
She then translated that intelligence into a leadership and execution architecture that helps organizations clarify decisions, ownership, workflow, human judgment, and evidence around AI enabled work.
